PASTORAL and BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT ASSISTANT

33.75 hours per week (term time only) plus 1 additional day

Grade G4, scale point 14 (£17,681 to £18,672)

pro rata to hours worked

We are looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic person who has worked with young people to provide pastoral and behaviour support within our Behaviour and Rewards Team.

The post covers a number of areas, specifically:

  • Providing pastoral (including mentoring) and behaviour support for students with learning, behavioural, emotional and social difficulties
  • Supporting the work of the Inclusion department to enable students to realise their potential academically and personally
  • Liaise with teachers to support students inside and outside of the classroom
  • Liaise with parents and carers to support behaviour management
  • Encourage and support effective partnership between the school, pupil and family.

TEACHER OF LAW

We are seeking an outstanding and passionate teacher of Law to join our successful Social Science team immediately after Easter. With 4 members of staff (teaching Psychology, Sociology, Law and Health and Social Care disciplines in Key Stages 4-5), we are excited to work with a highly motivated and enthusiastic applicant who can further enhance our social science curriculum.
